Danicia Quinlan
Chief Executive Officer

Danicia is an experienced business leader and strategist, with a passion for organisational change, social and economic development and creative implementation, built across 25 years of management, corporate consulting and leadership roles.

Her diverse background has included management positions with the Fashion Council WA, Woodside Energy, BHP Billiton and the City of Westminster in the UK.

Marian Bull
Export Officer

Marian brings over 25 years of Export & International Trade Industry experience to the export desk. With a long career in the wool trade, Marian understands the complexities of international markets and document requirements. Marian manages the Export and International Trade Desk and is your first point of contact at the Chamber for manual and electronic Certificates of Origin and FTA stamping and procedures.

Michelle Taylor
Membership & Committee Officer

Michelle Taylor is a long standing Fremantle resident and business leader. She brings to the Chamber 15+ years of Tourism and Hospitality Industry experience as a well respected Sales Executive. This has included positions with Rottnest Express, The Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, Seashells Apartments, Mirvac Group and The Esplanade Hotel Port Hedland.

Michelle brings her passion, enthusiasm and invaluable knowledge of both the hospitality and corporate sector surrounding Fremantle to the role. Michelle is the first point of contact for members at the Chamber, providing support, connections and advice to help our networks grow.

Chelsea Taylor
Brand & Events Officer

Over her time with the Chamber Chelsea has built an impressive background in desktop publishing and design. She brings a strong attention to detail to all Chamber publications, communications and events that build on her experience obtained through her Diploma in Tourism and Cert II and III in Business Management. Chelsea also has six years of experience in office administration and developed a strong understanding of export markets, documentation and procedures through her time with Total Food Distributors, Viking Cold Storage and Regency Food Services. We at the Chamber value Chelsea’s professionalism, proven ability to deliver a high level of attention to detail and high productivity.

Jesse Floyd
Executive & Export Assistant

Jesse is an aspiring marketing professional who has recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University. He has grown up in East Fremantle and played a number of competitive sports across the region including cricket, hockey and AFL to name a few. Jesse demonstrated his strong resources and attachment to community in a once in a lifetime trip to Peru where he partook in a community service project building a greenhouse for a community. He will be familiar to many Chamber members from his assistance at Chamber events over the last 18 months in his role as an Event Staff member with Benny’s Bar and Café in Fremantle. Jesse brings his excellent communication, facilitation and customer focus to the Chamber and to our export desk.

Kyoung Ok Lee
Accounts Officer

Kyoung joins the Chamber from creative artist organisation FORM where she was an Accounts Officer for a number of years managing commissions, the Spinifex Gallery, and a number of specific projects and broad aspects of Accounts in the organisation. She has a strong knowledge of accounting practices and concepts, complemented by a high level of customer support, problem solving ability and good analytical skills. In addition, Kyoung spent a decade running her own hospitality business, managing all aspects of business operations and has previously held positions with Hall and Prior and Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree Major in Accounting from Curtin University. Kyoung manages all aspects of the Chamber Accounts and those of the Marine Brokers Association and Rottnest Island Chamber of Commerce (RICC).

Kellie Jacobs
Digital Media Officer

Fremantle local Kellie Jacobs brings to the Chamber over 10 years of creativity, events management, photography and social media experience to help us capture all that is great about doing business in Fremantle. Most recently, Kellie has managed sales and social media for successful retail businesses Gold Agency and Hubble & Duke, and previously owned The Travel Lounge in Fremantle. Notably, Kellie lead a committee of parents to successfully bring to life EFPS’s 400+ sell out annual Fundraising Event from 2013 to 2018 raising over $30,000 each year.
