Danicia Quinlan
Chief Executive Officer

Danicia is an experienced business leader and strategist, with a passion for organisational change, social and economic development and creative implementation, built across 25 years of management, corporate consulting and leadership roles.

Her diverse background has included management positions with the Fashion Council WA, Woodside Energy, BHP Billiton and the City of Westminster in the UK.

Marian Bull
Export Officer

Marian brings over 25 years of Export & International Trade Industry experience to the export desk. With a long career in the wool trade, Marian understands the complexities of international markets and document requirements. Marian manages the Export and International Trade Desk and is your first point of contact at the Chamber for manual and electronic Certificates of Origin and FTA stamping and procedures.

Giselle Laramee-Jupp
Accounts Officer

Giselle brings to the Chamber 15 years of experience as an accounting executive, having worked for international companies in Vancouver and London. Her experience includes Account Management roles at Pivotal Corporation, John Frieda, Cath Kidston and Cannacord. Over this time she has developed experience managing accounts departments while studying for her CIMA qualification.

Michelle Taylor
Membership & Committee Officer

Michelle Taylor is a long standing Fremantle resident and business leader. She brings to the Chamber 15+ years of Tourism and Hospitality Industry experience as a well respected Sales Executive. This has included positions with Rottnest Express, The Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, Seashells Apartments, Mirvac Group and The Esplanade Hotel Port Hedland.

Michelle brings her passion, enthusiasm and invaluable knowledge of both the hospitality and corporate sector surrounding Fremantle to the role. Michelle is the first point of contact for members at the Chamber, providing support, connections and advice to help our networks grow.

Helena Adams
Policy & Events Officer

Helena Adams is a Fremantle resident and brings to the Chamber a strong background in Stakeholder Engagement, External Affairs and Policy, as well as a passion for the Fremantle region. Prior to joining the Chamber, she has spent a number of years with Newmont Mining Company, including a few years at the Super Pit in Kalgoorlie-Boulder looking at mining impacts, community development and engagement. She has also worked in similar roles at Accenture, Curtin University Student Guild and in another life, was a Brand Marketer.

Chelsea Taylor
Executive and Export Assistant

Chelsea is well versed in all aspects of documentation, export and quality control systems. Responsible for office administration, purchasing and stock management, HACCP and food handling procedures and systems administration, she was an integral member of the team at Total Foods Distributors and Viking Cold Storage.

Chelsea developed her strong executive assistant and customer service skills from her roles with Regency Food Services and in Retail. She brings to the Chamber a professionalism, proven ability to deliver a high level of attention to detail and high productivity.

Kellie Jacobs
Digital Media Officer

Fremantle local Kellie Jacobs brings to the Chamber over 10 years of creativity, events management, photography and social media experience to help us capture all that is great about doing business in Fremantle. Most recently, Kellie has managed sales and social media for successful retail businesses Gold Agency and Hubble & Duke, and previously owned The Travel Lounge in Fremantle. Notably, Kellie lead a committee of parents to successfully bring to life EFPS’s 400+ sell out annual Fundraising Event from 2013 to 2018 raising over $30,000 each year.
