“The Whole Can Be Greater Than the Sum of the Parts, That We All Have Something to Put in the Pie To Make It Better, and the Collaborative Interaction Makes it Work,” Frank Gehry, Architect

Fremantle is an incredible place to work and do business…the Chamber, our Tourism Committee and our local business leaders know this well.

Today, we launched a campaign that provides a platform to tell that story and to really promote a one-stop shop conference and events experience to broader Perth and beyond. There are not too many places in the world where you can host a unique corporate event against the backdrop of a Port City rich in history and stories, with views of the river and the ocean.

I am so proud of this campaign, developed internally and exclusively with Chamber members. Thank you to Business Events Perth for your trust in us to deliver this content for your stakeholders.

It highlights that Fremantle businesses work together to create an unmatchable destination, rather than everything being centred in one traditional conference setting. Developing the campaign has been such a fun process, working with the brilliant personalities behind our great venues, getting their insight first-hand on why they like doing business in Fremantle and what their amazing venues can offer.

I encourage you to explore the new site, download the brochure and if you would like some brochures or collateral to share please don’t hesitate to contact the Chamber office.

Speaking of events, we are really pleased to announce our next Business After Hours Networking Event will be held in partnership with Chamber Member’s Megara in the most northern corner of our greater Fremantle region. We encourage you to gather round the fire and explore their plans for building a community centric urban style development between the river and the coast. In addition to networking with our North Fremantle businesses, it will be a great chance to meet with the project’s Architect, Landscaper and Designer to gain insight into their vision and process. Book now via the website.

Finally, I also encourage you to rug up, grab a coffee or wine in a hidden corner of Fremantle and start writing your two page nomination form for the Fremantle Business Awards 2021. Remember nominations close 30 July 2021.
