The Chamber is pleased to announce a partnership with long standing Chamber Members Business Foundations to give Chamber members access to discounted accredited management training.

This partnership gives our members the opportunity to participate in a new style of business growth training that is designed to build knowledge, skills, attitudes and confidence in your business to help it grow.

We have worked directly with Business Foundations to help re-structure their GROWTH program into a module based structure to fit in with the way we do business.

The program modules start with Foundations for Growth (including business strategy, finance basics and time with a professional business consultant), Branding, Marketing and Business Development (to look at targets, growth and articulating your business story) and finally the hardest thing of all – People Management and Leadership (employing the right people for your business and managing the steps for personal growth for you and your team).

This is the first time we have been able to work so closely to be an active part of accredited business training and we hope many of you will benefit from this opportunity.

What is the Business Foundations Growth Program?

The Business Growth Program is designed to build knowledge, skills, attitudes and confidence in business owners that will enable them to scale up and grow their business. The structure of the program enables business owners to take what they learn and apply it when they are back in their businesses. Learning in the workshops is reinforced by one-on­-one mentoring and ongoing support from Business Foundations. Throughout the program, the participants work with other businesses to explore ideas, test strategies and accelerate their progress in a unique and supportive learning environment.

The Business Growth Program incorporated three modules:


Each module includes three full day workshops and three hours of one-on-one mentoring with a professional business consultant.

The program has been designed so that each module builds on the content of the previous module. To obtain the most from the program we recommend that the modules ore completed in order. There are more details on the modules below.

How is the Business Foundations Growth Program different to other programs?

Our Approach – based on applied learning. the program focuses on the day to day problem solving needs of a business. Workshops are delivered in straight forward and easy to understand language. that is accessible for all learning levels and styles.
