City of Fremantle took home the Hall of Fame award for its “high level of investor confidence” and “exciting new tourism developments” at the 51st Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards on November 11.

Judges said the port city was a maritime city with “spirit and soul, full of vibrancy, colour and culture.”

According to the city, it recorded 600,000 domestic day trips over 2021-22.
