Fremantle Ports Harbour Master Classic Fun Run 2024

Mark 5 May 2024 in your diary for the fourth Fremantle Ports Harbour Master Classic. One of Perth’s most scenic and entertaining fun runs!

This is your chance to run fast, flat, fun and traffic-free, along Fremantle Port’s historic Fremantle Harbour and out to the South Mole lighthouse. Whether you are a serious runner or are looking for a post-summer challenge, this event is for you.

This years beneficiary will be the Native Animal Rescue (NAR). Lace up your running shoes and come out to support a worthy cause while enjoying a fun-filled event. Every step you take will help NAR in their mission to rescue and rehabilitate native animals in need.

The Harbour Master Classic is a WA Marathon Club event starting in front of the iconic Fremantle Ports building and enjoying the harbourside sights and sounds as you pass WA’s Maritime Museum, and enjoy the sweeping views of Bathers Beach and Cockburn Sound as you make way on the port side of the road to the South Mole light house, and return to Victoria Quay with magnificent views of the Inner Harbour.

Challenge yourself with the 2 lap 5km or 4 lap 10km event and enjoy the scenery of Australia’s best maritime gateway.

Get a school team together, run with the football/netball club or in a family group. Prams are welcome and there’s a kids’ run too.

Spot prizes will be awarded on the day - among them will be one forthe best nautical costume. All finishers will receive a medal.
