Functions & Networking Events
We do not provide refunds for cancellations for events received after the RSVP date because catering and room hire costs (where applicable) are based on the final attendance figure which is calculated on the RSVP date.
It is for this reason that you will still be invoiced for attendance at a charged function, networking event or workshop if you do not cancel prior to the RSVP date.
You are welcome to send someone else if you’re unable to attend, however, member discount registration is not transferable from one organisation to another.

Membership fee
A continuous monthly or yearly fee applies for ordinary and information membership fees. No pro-rata system applies to the Introductory membership fee. This fee will continue at the agreed periodic amount until membership is cancelled.
No refunds will be given for cancellations of membership.
Cancellation of membership must be with 2 months notice with fees payable up until the end of that two months notice period. Cancellation may be processed by contacting the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce.
Fees may be altered following Board decision with notice.
