Westport Community Engagement Update

As part of their ongoing engagement with the community, Westport will be holding a mix of online and in-person events from February.

Join a 30-minute Webinar

Westport is commencing a new series of weekly online webinars to speak to the topics that matter to you!

As many new subscribers have joined since November 2023, the first webinar will be held on 5pm on Tuesday, 20 February and will provide an introductory overview of Westport by Managing Director Patrick Seares. 

Future webinar topics will include the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)process and the WAMSI Westport Marine Science Program.

Each webinar will include a presentation and time for audience Q&A. All webinars will be made available on their YouTube channel.

Westport community pop-up event

Members of the Westport team will be at Kwinana Marketplace on Friday, 23 February. Please feel welcome to drop in for a chat between 8am and 12pm. Their team will be there to share information about the project and answer questions.

Coogee Live

Westport will be attending Coogee Live on Saturday, 9 March from 10am to 7.30pm and Sunday, 10 March from 11am to 5pm. Come along to this family friendly event to meet the team and learn more about Westport. They also have some fun activities planned to keep the kids entertained!
