Environmental Protection Authority opens public comment on level of assessment for new Kwinana Port Development

The Proposal is to construct and operate a new multimodal port in the Kwinana Industrial Area (KIA), approximately 30 km south of Perth. At this initial stage of the Environmental Impact Assessment process, comment is simply sought on whether or not the EPA should assess a proposal and, if so, what level of assessment is considered appropriate. This opportunity to comment closes on March 25.
